Do You Have One or More of The Following Symptoms?
- Tingling, burning, numbness
- Pain in feet, lower legs or/and hands, fingers
- Loss of coordination
- Difficulty walking
- Sensitive skin
- Pins/needles sensations in feet or hands
- Restless legs
What Can Cause Peripheral Neuropathy?
Damage to the nerves in the feet and hands is often caused by a lack of blood flow. The nerves then begin to degenerate. Some of the more common causes are:
- Spinal problems
- Auto-immune disorders
- Unknown (Idiopathic)
Why Most Treatments Do Not Work
If you are like most people your doctor prescribed medication to cover up the symptoms. Medications such as Lyrica, Gabapentin, Cymbalta, and Neurontin may not always work, and have been known to have dangerous side-effects. Others have tried antiquated treatments to relieve neuropathy symptoms, such as Marcaine injections with electric stimulation applied to their legs or arms. When these treatments don’t work you are told to “just live with it.”.
Thankfully there is Hope!
The Powerful Trifecta: Regenerative Medicine, Laser Therapy and Nutritional Protocols
At the Atlas Medical Center, in Irving, our team of medical providers combine proprietary therapeutic laser treatments along with regenerative medicine, and dietary changes to help stimulate the repair process for the damaged nerves in your hands or feet.
How is this Possible?
We use a Regenerative Plasma Concentrate by drawing some of YOUR blood and spinning it at high speeds. This concentrate, which is also known as Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP, contains high levels of nerve growth factors, fibrinogen, cytokines, and other regenerative cells and proteins. In cases of severe neuropathy, we use PRP along with Amniotic Stem Cell Injections for a more powerful regenerative effect.
As with all of our injections, we always use ultrasound guidance so we can actually visualize in “real time” the exact location of where the concentrate needs to be injected. This injection helps enhance and promote regeneration and healing of the tissue. In addition, therapeutic laser therapy supports improved blood flow and cellular stimulation to the area.
Why Peripheral Neuropathy Can Be Dangerous
If neuropathies are left untreated and allowed to progress many things can occur…
- Muscle deterioration
- Unable to walk- loss of balance/coordination
- Wheelchair bound
- Unable to drive
- Amputation of legs/feet/hands/fingers
- Permanent Disability
It Is VERY Important That You Don’t Wait-Here is Why!
Even though we’ve been able to help some of the most severe neuropathy cases; we do not accept every patient case. Once you sustain 85% damage to your nerves it is likely there is very little we can do to help you. This could result in permanent disability. Our proprietary treatment program has an incredibly high clinical success rate, and gives the damaged nerves a chance to heal naturally.
